1. Program Description: OC Music Services provides administrative notifications via SMS. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and billing alerts.

2. User Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our forms, you consent to receive recurring automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Cancellation & Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP“ to our number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.

4. Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to our team at hello@ocmusicservices.com.

5. Fees & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
